Congratulations to Ben and Claire for deciding to open up a practice focusing on the needs of student loan borrowers. As an attorney who concentrates his practice on student loan law, I can tell you it’s no simple field – with elements of FDCPA, FCRA, bankruptcy and complex securitization issues, student loan borrowers can really benefit from qualified, seasoned professionals.
